Aaron's Inc., an Atlanta-based company that sells appliances, electronics and leases furniture, has signed a 10-year lease for 123,735 of square feet at 1 Kansas Avenue.

The warehouse will be used to distribute goods to retail locations in Kansas City and the upper Midwest.
